Bound by contract that offered no refund or option to publicly market the yacht for sale, they found themselves in a difficult position, where they needed advise and support in their next steps of exit. This unexpected change of events became a story of opportunity rather than a set back.

Off-Market Solutions
Unable to post a single public listing or marketing effort, we discreetly secured a new buyer through our extensive network across the yachting industry of trusted brokers and qualified clients. We had heard of a buyer looking for a Sunreef 80 opportunity, that would give them a good deal and the chance to step into a near completed build without the lead time for a new slot. We made the call.
With immediate interest the legal teams prepared a tailored transfer agreement that contractually satisfied and protected the interest of both buyer and seller. The deal closed in September 2023, with the new highly specified Sunreef 80 was officially launched in late 2024. Our relationship with Sunreef Yachts ensured a smooth handover between owners, keeping the project on schedule and the experience effortless for both parties.
