April 10, 2022

With demand constantly growing for large luxury catamarans, Sunreef Yachts are pushing boundaries and making dreams come true for yacht owners who are looking for catamarans to get bigger and bigger. The entire Sunreef range is customisable in terms of design, but these superyachts are often one-off projects, bespoke to the owner’s desired specification and go beyond the existing Sunreef range.

These yachts reimagine space and comfort onboard with a design approach that prioritises volume over length, adapting and delivering the most demanding requests by combining elite craftsmanship with advanced technology. Below are some impressive examples of custom superyacht designs that represent Sunreef’s move into the realm of luxury mega-yachts. Be inspired by these designs and get in touch with S6 Marine to discuss your next project with us.

110 Sunreef Power

A 33.5M custom multihull, this sleek design boasts a 4-deck layout concept and takes inspiration from the owner’s love of the supercar industry, opting for long smooth, yet bold hull lines for a glamorous, ultra-modern look. She provides vast accommodation for up to 8 guests across 3 guests rooms and a master suite with access to a private terrace on the bridge deck. She can also accommodate up to 9 crew in her crew quarters.

With a 14M beam, the saloon will be expansive and open-plan making it the ideal spot to gather with guests and relax, or party!

Heading outside, you will find that relaxation and comfort are at the heart of the design, from the sun deck lounge with spa pool, fire pit and bar, to the forward terrace with oversized sunpads and an aft cockpit that merges with the main deck saloon.

The 110 Power can accommodate a tender, two large PWCs and a variety of water toys in the sizeable garage and is powered by twin 1361hp engines.

40M Sunreef Power

This is an explorer superyacht that will allow ambitious owners to discover new horizons thanks to her transatlantic range and performance capabilities even in rough seas.

The yacht’s 13.34M beam provides immense living space totalling 654m2 with accommodation spread across 3 decks, and with the hydraulic aft platform lowered, guests enjoy a full- beam private beach club allowing them to feel closer to the water. The epic design also features a host of alfresco relaxation areas with a spa pool surrounded by oversized sunpads and a bar, as well as a generous bow terrace.

Custom features available include a playroom with self-levelling pool table, a steam room or master suite with private fold-out balcony.

49M Sunreef Power

At 1,350 GT, the 49M Power is the largest volume project from the Polish shipyard to date. This tri-deck concept incorporates a contemporary, eye-catching exterior with a vast outdoor living area thanks to the 17M beam. Just forward of the wheelhouse, you will find another area that is bound to attract guests looking to relax on the sunpads while looking out over the water.

Alfresco dining is encouraged with this design, with areas on the main aft deck and another on the deck above.

This superyacht will be operated by 17 crew and provides luxurious accommodation for up to 10 guests.

Powered by twin 3,400 HP engines, she is capable of covering more than 5,000 nautical miles with 118,000L of fuel capacity.  The mega-catamaran will carry three tenders and a selection of watertoys.

Sunreef MM460 CAT

Sunreef Yachts teams up with world renowned yacht designer Malcom McKeon to present the MM460 CAT sailing superyacht concept.

Defined by its impressive glass superstructure, and striking navy blue hull, the design offers an impressive amount of living space on board thanks to a 16.65M beam and 60 sqm flybridge that gives the dual helm positions clear sight lines in all directions, and also acts as the ultimate spot for guests to relax whilst under sail with the best view in the house. The flybridge overhang creates a sheltered lounge and al fresco dining area for up to 18 guests. Day beds and a hot tub can be found on the yacht’s bow.

The en suite master and VIP cabins are located forward on the main deck and feature a lounge and study area as well as walk-in wardrobes. The concept also includes a further four ensuite cabins in the starboard hull that can be easily converted between double and twin configuration depending on guest requirements. Three crew cabins are located in the port hull, consisting of twin bunks, an engineer’s cabin and a captain’s cabin, along with a crew mess, laundry room and galley.

The concept features a sail configuration of a square-top main, reacher and jib and a total sail wardrobe in excess of 1,5000 sqm. A carbon fibre mast and boom compliment her composite construction and the yacht will weigh in at just under 500 tonnes.

To aft in the starboard hull, this yacht carries a 6.2M tender, and there is also space for additional water toys, scuba dive cylinders and compressors as well as a wetsuit store. In the port hull, an aft beach club steals the limelight, fitted out with a bar, counter and stools, an adjacent sauna and a 2.5M fold down platform that provides direct access to the water from the port side.

The MM460 CAT is a very capable and confident cruiser, taking transatlantic passages in her stride giving owners autonomy to fulfil their desire to see the world.
